President Duterte has cut short his trip to Russia and declared Martial Law in Mindanao due to ongoing fight in Marawi City between government troops and the Maute Group.
In a video blog posted on PCOO Asec. Mocha Uson blog, President Duterte asked the Filipino people not to be scared and he will deal with the problem as soon as he arrive in the Philippines.
