WATCH: Loisa Andalio marks 18th birthday with solo concert

Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Loisa Andalio will turn 18 on April 21, and she will celebrate it with her fans via a solo concert simply titled “Loisa – A Birthday Concert.”

On her Instagram account, Loisa thanked her fans for their support and invited them to attend her birthday concert on April 29. .
