Actress Heart Evangelista will soon return to TV via a reality show ‘Follow Your Heart.’ According to heart, the new show will start airing on April 23, 2017 – every Sunday at 5pm on GMA7. Heart expressed her excitement with her new project that she posted a teaser on her Instagram account.
