Actress Ellen Adarna revealed the real story behind her fainting incident while doing her photo shoot. Ellen narrated how she prepared for the said photo shoot like going on a diet, and then location was a bit hot and she did not take any water during the shoot that could have contributed to her fainting.

By far the most interesting and unpredicatable shoot. It was an adventure i must say.
