Tourism employees file complaint against COO Cesar Montano

Employees of the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) filed a complaint against their chief operating officer (COO) Cesar Montano for alleged mismanagement and possible corruption. Cesar was accused of entering into contracts amounting to millions and for hiring relatives to work for his office.

Some of the allegations were Cesar’s approval of projects worth millions where he is also a guest performer. Another is a multi-million project for a rally for President Rodrigo Duterte. Cesar was appointed to Tourism Promotions Board as COO last December 2016.
