Actress Toni Gonzaga was in near plane tragedy after the plane she took turn back to Manila after smoke was detected in the plane’s cockpit. Toni was on board PR-1857 with the rest of the Star Music team when the incident happen.
In an Instagram post, Star Music Philippnes said the plane requested for an emergency landing at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) when smoke was detected in the plane’s cockpit.
“We regret to inform you that Toni Gonzaga-Soriano’s Album Tour this Saturday, March 19, 4pm at SM Seaside Cebu is cancelled. We will soon announce a rescheduled date of the show.
The Philippine Airlines flight PR 1857 MNL-CEB assigned to Toni’s team was forced to return to Manila and made an emergency landing for safety reasons.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. Thank you for your usual understanding.”
