It’s ‘Tres Marias’ for former Pampanga governor Mark Lapid and actress Tanya Garcia.
Last August 8, the couple welcomed a healthy baby girl which they named Madeleine. Mark shared the momentous event on his personal Instagram account with a photo of him holding a wailing Madeleine. The couple were all smiles in the sweet and intimate photo.
