Head writer for GMA 7’s upcoming action drama series ‘Alyas Robin Hood’ Suzette Doctolero defended the show from people accusing that it is a terrible rip off from the hit US television show ‘Arrow’ which stars Stephen Amell.
In a Facebook post made last August 30, Tuesday, Suzette wrote that ‘Alyas Robin Hood,’ which will be topbilled by Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes, is a homage to Robin Hood.

Suzette further explained that its similarities to ‘Arrow’ owes to the fact that the said US show, which was based on the DC comic ‘Green Arrow,’ was also inspired by the famous British folklore.
