Timothy Tan, the husband of actress Sunshine Dizon is in a tight fix after Sunshine filed a case against him and vowed to fight it till the end. Sunshine is accusing Timothy of infidelity after exposing the identify of his alleged mistress.
Timmothy confirmed that he and Sunshine has exhausted all possible means to save the marriage but to no avail, and according to Timothy they both concluded that an annulment is warranted. Sunshine then said there will be no annulment and she will settle matter in court.

On his Twitter account, Timothy tweeted that he wants to be set free and that he was also hurt. Many believe that the tweet is his message for Sunshine:
