@SMILECaresFoundation is grateful to have our first partner for the first program component, YES PINOY FOUNDATION, led by its chairman, Dingdong Dantes. We found ourselves a natural ally in terms of our advocacy to empower youth through EDUCATION (SCF) and ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS (YPF). With our partnership, the program "YES TO FULL STEAM AHEAD", in #Siargao, will emphasize on the importance of #STEAM in shaping up a generation that will steward a GREENer future, our program aims to create livelihood opportunities in the community using their natural resources in a sustainable manner. The selection of out of school youth is fitting because we wanted to show that #steam is for everyone, going back to what our foundation strongly believes, that πŸ’‘ POVERTY SHOULD NOT BE A BARRIER FOR GREAT IDEAS πŸ’‘and that the potential of OSYs to contribute to a sustainable future is huge! πŸ’― #SMILECaresFoundation #YESPinoyFoundation #YPFxSCFLaunch #YPFxSCF 🌈 Cheeeers!
