It is a well known fact that actress Heart Evangelista met Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero through Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago.
In an interview last October 6, 2014, Heart shared that Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago will not be attending the wedding ceremony to be held in Balesin Island Club on February 15, 2015.
But even though Senator Miriam won’t be present during Heart Evangelista and Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero’s wedding day, Heart knows that Senator Miriam will always be there for her.
According to Heart, Senator Miriam has expressed her support for her new journey in life, and has been giving her advice on married life.
Senator Miriam has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, she is now under the medication called Tarceva, an alternative to chemotherapy.
