During the press launch of her two night concert “Sarah Geronimo From The Top” on December 4 and 5 at the Araneta Coliseum, the singer actress answered questions about her relationship with Matteo Guidicelli.
“hindi naman po kami naghiwalay.. Being able to love someone is liberating… alam naman po natin ung mga pinagdaanan ko po in the past” Sarah said.

During her interview with ABS-CBN TV Patrol Mario Dumawal, Sarah also answered the question about the rumored Shaina Magdayao – Matteo Guidicelli romance that started during their Singles/Singles project:
“dumating na ako sa pagkakataon na isipin kung anong gusto nyong sabihin, sabihin nyo kung anong gusto nyong sabihin, alam ko anong buhay ko.. alam ko kung anong nangyayari sa amin.” said Sarah.
With regards to the statement of Matteo that he wanted to marry Sarah in three years time:
”
“sya ang gusto ko pero ung tanong na ano na talaga.. Only God knows.” ended Sarah.
