Sarah Geronimo won the 10th season of the International Song Contest: The Global Sound with her song ‘Kilometro.’
The Global Sound is an international online competition with participants from different countries. These performers are being chosen to represent their countries. In its 10th edition, 27 countries were qualified with their corresponding artists.

International judges and Youtube views is used to determine the winner of the said contest. It was designed this way to attract more entries from all over the world to showcase their music.
The Popstar Royalty is the first artist to win the contest on its second try. She was already chosen in the 5th season with her song ‘Sino Nga Ba Siya’ however, she failed to get to the final round.
As they all say – it’s always the sweeter the second time around.
