Actor and TV host Richard Gutierrez faced a tax evasion case filed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue Friday ( April 21, 2017) amounting to P38.57 million unpaid taxes.
According to TheStandard.com, The Bureau of Internal Revenue filed a compliant at the Department of Justice against Gutierrez and his production company, R Gutz Production Corporation after they failed to declare and submit actual income tax returns in 2012 including value added tax returns of the same year amounting to P38.57 million.

The BIR also stated that they have sent copies of their findings in 2013 and twice this year, but the production company gave no response.
