In 2011, actress Rhian Ramos filed charges against Mo Twister in violating Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.
Mo and Rhian had a relationship in 2011, a video leaked out on social media which showed Mo narrating an incident which allegedly led Rhian into giving up their baby for her career.

“Finished everything. I won. It’s done in my past,” Rhian said in an interview with Pep.
“I’m very happy. I feel better, I feel protected, I feel safe” the actress added about the outcome of the case she filed against her ex-boyfriend.
Right now, Rhian is dating a non-showbiz guy, she shared that they have been seeing each other since January of this year.
“He’s not showbiz, he’s very private. He grew up here but he’s full Chinese” ended Rhian.
