Kapamilya actress Pokwang was not able to hold back her tears when she talked about her mother’s sickness.
In a feature story with Pokwang on ‘Tonight with Boy Abunda’, she revealed that her mom, Nanay Gloria, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease cannot anymore recall her name and that she is her daughter.

“Dati kasi, ‘pag tinatanong ko siya… “Ikaw si Mayet.” So medyo ano pa siya nun, okay okay pa. Pero nung sinabi na niya ng paulit-ulit: “Ikaw si Pokwang sa Wowowee.” Ano mo ko, ano mo ko? “Bayaw.” Dun na talaga ako nadurog talaga,” Pokwang shared.
