Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach recently guested on two seperate shows in America last Monday, January 4, 2016.
As she started her reign as Miss Universe, for the first time, Pia appeared on two different television programs in America namely, “Good Morning America” and “Live with Kelly and Michael”.
On both programs, Pia gave her thoughts on winning the Miss Universe crown and how she took the controversial announcement of the winner by comedian Steve Harvey.

During her one-on-one interview with host Lara Spencer in “Good Morning America”, Pia was asked on how does she feel to wear the crown as Miss Universe, on which Pia immediately responded,
“It’s surreal. I’m so happy. I’m so excited. I can’t wait to officially start my reign.”
Lara also took Pia’s stand on sharing the crown with Miss Colombia, as it was suggested by Miss Universe Organization previous co-owner Donald Trump and turned out to be sharing the same thought with Miss Colombia. Pia explained,
“I think it would be a little bit difficult for two girls to share a crown. But I have high hopes that this will give great opportunities for me and Miss Colombia and the rest of the contestants.”
Meanwhile, on Pia’s appearance in “Live with Kelly and Michael”, she was given her chance by talk show hosts Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan to do her Miss Universe walk. The hosts said:
