Pinoy Big Brother housemate Elisse Joson made sure to give her fellow housemate and rumored boyfriend McCoy de Leon a sweet birthday surprise. McCoy celebrated his special day last February 20.
In the Wednesday (February 22, 2017) episode of “Pinoy Big Brother Lucky Season 7,” Elisse wanted to surprise McCoy on his birthday, knowing that the latter was sad because he wanted to celebrate his birthday with his family. But, Elisse had to do some difficult tasks like serving as a Production Assistant for Direk Rory Quintos, before she got help from Big Brother.

After completing all the required tasks, Elisse finally received the needed ingredients for her birthday surprise for McCoy, which was a special mango royale cake.
