“Eat Bulaga” host and award-winning actor Paolo Ballesteros has starred in films where he portrayed characters who are members of the LGBTQ + community.
Because of his raw portrayal of the characters, Paolo served as one of the voices of the community and was able to inspire many, including a fan who gave him a touching letter.

Paolo shared on her Instagram a photo of a letter he received from an unidentified fan who was inspired by his films and had the courage to “come out”.
The sender who introduced himself as a student delegate from Taft wrote:
“Hi Paolo! Thank you so much. Your LGBTQ + films gave me enough courage to come out to my parents. Please continue to inspire people like myself by being an iconic voice for the LGBTQ + community. God Bless & Thank You again.”
Paolo starred in the film “Die Beautiful” where he won the Best Actor award in the Tokyo Film Festival last 2016.
