Pacquiao sued for 5 million dollars over nondisclosure of shoulder injury

Manny Pacquiao was hit with a $5 million case by two Nevada residents Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran. The two said that his (Pacquiao) failure to disclose a shoulder injury before his fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. is tantamount to fraud.

Pacquiao, promoter Bob Arum, Top Rank Inc., the company’s President Todd Duboef and Michael Koncz was named in the lawsuit saying the fans was ripped off after Pacquiao and company failed to disclose the real condition of Pacquiao before the fight dubbed as “The Fight of the Century”.

Michael Koncz admitted that it was he and not Pacquiao who filled out the prefight medical questionnaire and he mistakenly checked the ‘NO’ box pertaining to the question if the boxer suffered any shoulder injury.
