After announcing his wife’s pregnancy last April 2016, Oyo Sotto posted an ultrasound image of their 4th child.
On his Instagram account, Oyo shared the photo of Kristine’s ultrasound from June, the end of her first trimester. It looked like a regular ultrasound at first glance, however, upon closer inspection, the baby appears to make a thumbs-up sign.

“This was last June. hahaha! OK daw,” Oyo captioned the photo.
Seems like the new addition to Oyo and Kristine’s growing family is doing quite alright!
