Despite her ongoing legal battle against her estranged husband Timothy Tan, actress Sunshine Dizon shared that she does not allow it to put a stake in the middle of her relationship with her in-laws.
Speaking to reporters during The Pep List Year 3 last August 21, Sunday, Sunshine said that she has remained to be in good terms with Timothy’s parents, especially with his dad who she considers as her “second father.”

“I never had a problem with the family of Tim, especially my father-in-law. Hindi na lang napag-uusapan [‘yung gulo] pero ayaw ko ring umabot sa point na maapektuhan ‘yung relasyon ko sa father-in-law ko, or ng mga anak ko sa father-in-law ko because he is a very decent and good man. He is truly like my second father,” Sunshine said, as quoted in a report by GMA News.
