Nikki Gil is planning to be married to her non-showbiz boyfriend, BJ Albert, before the year 2015 ends, during past interviews; she shared that she wants to have a simple and traditional wedding.
During her recent interview with Karen Davila on ANC Headstart, the actress, singer and host narrates how her boyfriend proposed to her last December.
According to Nikki, she was told that she is supposed to have a corporate event in Tagaytay. BJ offered to give her a ride, she was all dressed up and glammed up with matching false eyelashes. She had no idea that it will be the day BJ will make his proposal.

But instead of a corporate event, Nikki was surprised when BJ brought her to a house that belongs to BJ’s family.
When they went inside the house, there were candles, flowers and lovely music. The house was decorated with paintings with the questions “Will you have a family with me?”, “Will you have a home with me?”, “Will you travel with me?” and one painting shows the most special question, “Will you marry me?”.
According to Nikki, BJ gave a beautiful speech then goes down on his knees, Nikki said yes and admitted that she cried because of pure joy and happiness.
