Last October 6, 2015, actress Kris Bernal posted on her Instagram account a photo of her along with Alden Richards. Little did she expect that the photo will not sit well with netizens.
The photo elicited various reactions from netizens accusing Kris of capitalizing on Aldens popularity. They also reaction of Kris photo caption that says:
Mas gwapo pala siya sa personal!!! Kalma kalma lang. Wag pahalata. Ayan na, nilabas pa yung dimples niya! @aldenrichards02 #pambansangbae #pambansangdimple #aldub
On October 7, Kris again posted another photo of her on Instagram with a peace sign. Without directly stating who she is pertaining to, Kris apologized for her “insentive actions”:
Aldub fans were quick to say that they are not the ones bashing Kris Bernal. They added that they don’t see anything wrong with the photo of Kris and Alden.
