The mother of Angelica Yap (aka “Pastillas Girl”) was shot dead by an unknown gunman in Caloocan City last Sunday (November 29, 2015)
Teresa Yap, mother of Angelica sustained a gunshot wound in the back of the head.

According to reports, Teresa was about to have her dinner at a roadside eatery when the still unidentified gunman approached her from behind and shot her in close range. She was brought to a hospital but was pronounced dead at 9.20pm.
Angelica went to the hospital as soon as she learn of the incident.
