Actor and Quezon City Fifth District Representative Alfred Vargas expressed his dismay after his mother-in-law got mauled inside a bank.
In a report by ABSCBN Umagang Kay Ganda, the unfortunate event took place inside Banco de Oro Valencia-Quezon City branch last Tuesday, December 29, 2015.
Based from the investigation of Quezon City Police, Alfred’s party filed attempted homicide case against businesswoman Cynthia Huang.
In addition, the police explained that Cynthia allegedly took the alotted seats for senior citizens from Alfred’s mother-in-law and that started the conflict between the two.

Moreover, the police report also indicates that Cynthia repeatedly beat up Alfred’s mother-in-law and caused her to bleed profusely.
Alfred added that his mother-in-law was the one who brought herself to a nearby hospital.
