Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) has just released the first four official entries for “MMFF 2017”.
MMFF announced the entries on their official Facebook page, showing excited movie goers the movie list of the first four official entries to look forward to in December 2017. According to the post, the committee had a hard time choosing which films to pass as official entries for this year.

The post also added the following criteria in choosing the film entries for 2017: 40% artistic excellence; 40% commercial appeal; 10% promotion of Filipino cultural and historical values & 10% global appeal.
MMFF also announced that they will release the second half of entries on November 17, 2017.
