Part of Roxas Boulevard is close for December 23, 2014 as the annual Metro Manila Film Festival Parade of Stars takes place.
This is the festival’s 40th year to celebrate and recognize the amazing talents in the Philippine movie industry.
Stars of the 8 participating movies in the film festival waved at their fans as they ride in their floats, the Parade of Stars began at 2 p.m. at Bradco Avenue, passing through Macapagal Avenue, EDSA and Roxas Boulevard heading straight to the Quirino Grandstand.
The floats represent each entry, with the respective stars on them. On the awards night, a Best Float award is also announced along with the major acting awards.
