Just days after her unannounced arrival in Manila, reigning Miss Universe queen Pia Wurtzbach gets back to fulfilling her Miss Universe duties here in the Philippines.
An Instagram post uploaded on Saturday (March 26, 2016) on the official Instagram account of the Miss Universe depicted a photo of Pia along with the children of Smile Train Children’s Charity.

Through a separate post, Pia said that despite feeling a bit under the weather for the past days, she is slowly recovering and gradually preparing herself to get back to work.
