Manny Pacquiao apologizes for death penalty joke


After Senator Manny Pacquiao drew flak for his death penalty joke during his speech at the Senate last August 8, Monday, the new legislator immediately apologized.

In a report by Rappler, the senator said that he ‘stands corrected’ for his shortcomings.
