Leyte Rep. Lucy Torres has once again put the public in awe as she wears a white trail gown with butterfly sleeves by Randy Ortiz during President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III final State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2015. Her husband Richard Gomez and daughter Juliana also attended the said event.
On her Instagram account, she shared a photo of her with their unica hija Juliana. Aside from the oozing elegance of the two ladies, what caught the netizen’s attention is Lucy’s message for her daughter. She wrote:

“My baby girl. I remember when you were just the size of your Daddy’s shoe box. Look at you now — all of 14 years old, just a few inches shy of my height, same shoe size as mine. Don’t grow up too fast just yet. I love you @gomezjuliana.”
