The lovely bride-to-be, actress Heart Evangelista can not hide her excitement for her upcoming wedding with Senator Chiz Escudero on February 14, 2015.
Last October 24, 2014, the actress posted a picture on her official Instagram account showing the dress code for the wedding.
And like her personality, it was simple yet elegant.
Meanwhile, last October 23, 2014, the couple personally asked renowned Television news anchor, Mel Tiangco to be one of their principal sponsor.
This was also shared by Heart on her Instagram account. She posted a picture of her and Chiz with the news anchor.
