Lea, Vice, Pokwang and other celebrities react to Senator Sotto’s “na-ano lang” statement

Netizens including celebrities expressed their disatisfaction and frustrations over the statement made by Senator Vicente ‘Tito’ Sotto addressed to DSWD secretary Judy Taguiwalo.

Sotto asked Taguiwalo about her being a single parent and uttered the following remark: ““In the street language, when you have children and you are single, ang tawag lang ay “na-ano lang”.

The remark made by Sotto did not sit well with netizens including celebrities. Lea Salonga, Vice Ganda and Pokwang are just a few who expressed their opinion regarding the said matter:
