A new and different Lady Gaga came on stage at the 2015 Oscars Awards night. Lady Gaga paid tribute to the “Sound of Music” for the film’s 50th anniversary.
People who attended the event and those watching on TV were surprised to see a different Lady Gaga – Gaga was wearing a white down and not her usual outfit. But more than how she looks, everyone was mesmerized by her voice when she perform “The Sound Of Music,” “My Favorite Things,” “Edelweiss,” and “Climb Every Mountain.”
Everyone was in awe and gave the singer a standing ovation after her performance.
Even the legendary Julie Andrews have nothing but praises about the performance of Lady Gaga. “Thank you for that wonderful tribute. It really warmed my heart, it really did“ said Andrews.
Lady Gaga even scored the most number of tweets per minute out of the entire Oscar show. Some of them who tweeted are as follows:
