Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa looked stunning in her red gown designed by Francis Libiran. This is because the beauty queen was invited for the holiday event in the Malacañang Palace and to meet President Roddrigo Duterte.

In an Instagram post on December 5, the miss international 2016 shared her “favorite” photo in which she posed with none other than the President during the festivity at Malacañang.
