Kris Aquino revealed that their first date with her former husband James Yap was to watch a movie which she said was a wrong move. Kris added that this might have contributed to the failure of their marriage.
In an episode of Kris and Bimby Summer TV (May 27, 2015), Kris said the movie she and James watched was “Meet The Fockers”, a 2014 film by Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller. And even before the sequel “Little Fockers” was shown, their relationship was already over.
Kris also said that she considers herself smart but gullible when it comes to love.
