Hours after Kris Aquino landed in Philippine shores after a family vacation in Hawaii, netizens took to Instagram their dissatisfaction over the services in Philippine airport, more specifically the much talked about ‘Tanim Bala’ scam.
On her Instagram account, Kris posted a photo of the airport with the following caption:
“I don’t endorse @flypal but I want to commend them via this post- we flew the A330 going to Hawaii & the A340 on our way home. Both times the flights were so comfortable & the planes smelled fresh & clean, the crew both in the airport (NAIA & HNL) & on the plane were so pleasant, and most of all the special PAL Arroz Caldo was Pinoy comfort food at its BEST! Keep up the good work to all those working for our flag carrier! #Mabuhay”
Netizens took turns in posting their disagreement with what Kris said to the extent of blaming President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III for making the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) the worst airport in the world.
Netizens also mention the ‘Tanim-Bala’ scam that is huggging the local and international news headlines. They are asking Kris – what is there to be proud of?
