“My fault, I overworked myself again.
After my medical checkup I taped #KrisTv on Sunday, shot a TVC on Monday, went to Tagaytay for Gerbel’s wedding on Tuesday (super na stress the mama in me seeing my bunso so heartbroken), Wednesday had my buena mano screening in Podium for #EtiquetteForMistresses, traveled regardless of payday traffic to grace the SM City Pampanga block screenings given by Nanay Gov & Mayor @mylynpc (it was a 3 hour drive to get there, 2 hours 10 minutes from our home to NLEX entrance), taped #KrisTv home tour, taped Bimb’s MILO Champ Dance, nakinig sa presentation for #AllYouNeedIsPagibig, taped sit down interview w/ Darla for Gerbel, braved the traffic to get to SM Aura Premier for the block screening given by my sweet, thoughtful friend @lenalonte. And now, down w/ a fever, headache & bodyaches- sipping hot chocolate now while waiting for Ate Mel’s arroz caldo.
Posted this mug, a new Christmas themed addition to my #RoyalAlbert collection because I needed some cheering up” captioned Kris.

She also shared one home remedy for fatigue that she found through the internet – taking an Epsom Salt Bath.

“I don’t want to disappoint the #KrisyGirls who pooled their money to buy a block screening for #EtiquetteForMistresses tomorrow night. I took an Epsom Salt bath & I’m now in bed. My Ate watched @kristvofficial_ig on IWantTv & naluha, natawa & na cute-an sya w/ Bimb (especially when he said Yaya was wearing her bridal costume.) I researched, got this from care2.com:

Improved heart and circulatory health, reducing irregular heartbeats, preventing hardening of the arteries, reducing blood clots and lowering blood pressure.

Improved ability for the body to use insulin, reducing the incidence or severity of diabetes.
Flushed toxins and heavy metals from the cells, easing muscle pain and helping the body to eliminate harmful substances.

Improved nerve function by electrolyte regulation. Also, calcium is the main conductor for electrical current in the body, and magnesium is necessary to maintain proper calcium levels in the blood.
Relieved stress. Excess adrenaline and stress are believed to drain magnesium, a natural stress reliever, from the body. Magnesium is necessary for the body to bind adequate amounts of serotonin, a mood-elevating chemical within the brain that creates a feeling of well being and relaxation.
Reduced inflammation to relieve pain and muscle cramps.

Improved oxygen use.

Improved absorption of nutrients.

Prevention or easing of migraine headaches.

All this from a bath? Hurray! While there are many different brands of Epsom salt, they are all the same product chemically, and can be found at most drug stores. Add two cups of Epsom salt and soak for at least 12 minutes. Do this three times weekly” Kris said.
