In an interview with ABS-CBN reporter Marie Lozano last April 22, 2015, the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino admitted that she is to blame for the cancellation of the Sunday talk show ‘The Buzz’.
“Honestly, I am to blame, and I own up to it,” Kris said.
Kris said her brother President Benigno Aquino III sent her a text message requesting that she should spend her Sundays with the family. Kris added that she had missed family gatherings on Sundays for four straight months because of her busy schedule – including Josh and Bimby.

And when she she has already fulfilled her contractual obligations, Kris said she asked the management of ABS-CBN that she be excused from hosting the program.
Kris added that co-host Toni Gonzaga also made the same request to ABS-CBN executives to have more time preparing for her upcoming wedding with longtime boyfriend Paul Soriano.
Kris Aquino admitted that she felt so guilty and sorry for her good friend Boy Abunda. Kris said she and Toni has already apologized to Boy for leaving the said show that led to its cancellation.
