“The Story of Us” lead cast Kim Chiu revealed that her on-screen partner and rumored real life sweetheart Xian Lim helped her move on from her past relationship with her first boyfriend in the entertainment industry, fellow Kapamilya star Gerald Anderson.
During her television guesting on ABS-CBN’s late night talk show “Tonight Wit Boy Abunda,” the Kapamilya actress shared how Xian helped her get over her past relationship with Gerald; which lasted for a few years.

Kim admittedly said that it took her a year and a half to move on from her relationship with Gerald. When asked what or who helped her get over her ex-flame, Kim shared:
“Self-worth, self-respect and then ‘yung mga tao na nakapaligid sa akin, ‘yun ‘yung mga sinasabi nila. And then si Xian (Lim). ‘Yun. Dumating siya (Xian Lim) eh.”
