To many, having fame and fortune in life is already enough. But not to actress and singer Kim Chiu, Kim is investing her time and effort into something permanent – education.
Kim is going back to school to finish her college degree, this was revealed by Giselle Sanchez in her Manila Bulletin column. Kim is currently enrolled in the University of the Philippines (UP) Open University, taking up business management.
“I am so happy I got accepted in UP Diliman, I took the entrance exams last August and passed and I have already enrolled. I chose business management because I own several business franchises including Julie’s Bakeshop and Potato Corner. My sister Lakam has been managing these for some time now but I want to try and manage one myself someday, like a restaurant or something,” Chiu said.
