Seems like love is definitely in the air for Kapamilya actress KC Concepcion and professional football player Aly Borromeo as KC shared a rare holding hands photo of them alongside a “kilig” filled good luck message for Aly.
As seen on her personal Instagram account on Wednesday (May 25, 2016) evening, the 31-year-old actress expressed her heartfelt message for her beau, the team captain of Kaya Futbol Club Philippines who is set to compete in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup 2016.
