Singer and television host Karylle announced on August 9, Tuesday, that she will be on leave from the ABS-CBN noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ for a few weeks.
Karylle explained that she will temporarily leave ‘It’s Showtime’ to be part of the television series ‘Private Investigator’ in Singapore. According to Karylle, she will play the role of a pole dancer in the said series.

“Thank you sa buong ‘Showtime’ family kasi dito naman talaga ako natuto… to dream big. Araw-araw na pinapaalala ni Anne. Dito talaga ako nag-umpisa na mangarap para sa sarili ko, para sa bayan. Siyempre, ang Filipino, world-class athletes, world-class talents so kailangan natin i-develop ‘yan. So thank you for giving me this chance ‘Showtime’,” Karylle said.
