Actress Julia Roberts was paid $3 million in a new movie titled “Mother’s Day” for her supporting role as Miranda, an accomplished writer and a famous home shopping network star who gave up her only child because she was too busy to worry about being a mother.
In a report published by Variety.com, the 48-year-old actress was only required to shoot for only four days, which means she made $750,000 per day.
“Mother’s Day” revolves around a group of seemingly unconnected people come to terms with the relationships they have with their mothers or with being a mother.
The movie also stars Jennifer Aniston, Timothy Olyphant, Shay Mitchell, Kate Hudson and more.
