The question whether Dennis Padilla will be invited to his daughter’s debut party is finally answered. Not only is Dennis invited to Julia Barretto’s 18th birthday party – Dennis will be Julia’s first dance.
Everything seems to fall in their right places after the accidental meeting that transpired during the Deal or No Deal taping where Dennis had no idea that Julia would be there.

The meeting allowed the father and daughter to talk and answers a lot of unanswered questions, most specially the change of surname that Julia filed. Dennis told Julia that while it’s true that his marriage to Marjorie Barretto (Julia’s mom) was annulled – the fact still remains that he (Dennis) is still Julia’s dad.
Julia Francesco Barretto Baldivia is the full name of Julia. Dennis added that had he known the real reason as to why Julia wants to change her surname, he would have agreed right away. When ask why he will agree, Dennis simply said – if you love someone, you will give everything to make them happy.
Nevertheless, the meeting also paved the way for Julia to invite her dad, her lola, her siblings Luis and Diane.
Dennis is hoping that this will be a start of a better relationship between him and Julia. We hope so too.
