The owner of “Aficionado Germany Perfume” Joel Cruz, welcomes his third set of twins, Prince Charles and Princess Charlotte.
Joel Cruz announced this joyous occassion in a text he sent to ABS-CBN radio host Ahwel Paz during his daily radio program Mismo on DZMM 630. The host said that Joel’s babies were born in Moscow, Russia around 7 P.M. (Philippine time). Joel has not yet shared any photos of his newest twins.

The newest set of twins are the youngest next to Prince Sean and Princess Synne, and Prince Harry and Prince Harvey.
