Despite being vocal that she does not want to have a grand celebration for her 18th birthday, OPM Pop Sweetheart Janella Salvador still received a surprise debut which was organized by her mom Jenine Desiderio, family, and close friends.
According to a report by ABS-CBN correspondent Jeff Fernando for ABS-CBN’s weekday morning show “Umagang Kay Ganda,” the Kapamilya teen actress was made to believe that she was booked to perform at an avid fans’ birthday party. By the time she realized that the celebration was organized for her, Janella immediately got emotional because of the special surprise.

Janella flaunted a Pepsi Herrera creation and received an eight-layer gold cake for her surprise debut which took place in Las Piñas City on Tuesday (March 29, 2016) evening—the night before her actual birthday (March 30, 2016).
Various personalities from the entertainment industry—like Janella’s fellow Star Magic talents—attended the surprise birthday bash which was hosted by Robi Domingo.
