International singing sensation Jake Zyrus has admitted that he is currently undergoing transition from female to male.
In an interview with TV5 reporter MJ Marfori for Celebrity Aksyon, Jake Zyrus revealed the he has already undergone breast removal surgery or also known as female to male (FTM) chest reconstruction surgery or “top surgery.” He said that he had the surgery on March 29, 2017 which marked the birth of Jake Zyrus.

When Marfori asked if it was painful, Jake Zyrus responded that he was happy with the procedure.
He said “Dr. Pie Calayan—sila yung gumawa. I’m so happy kasi sobrang—hindi naman sa ano—pero maganda.”
“I know hindi pa ako nagpapa-sex transplant, pero I feel complete.”
