Jaycee Chan, the son of action star Jackie Chan, pleaded guilty in Beijing’s Dongcheng District Court to “sheltering others to use drugs”.
He is sentenced six months in jail.
Jaycee was arrested after his house was raided by Police in August of 2014 and found more than 100g of marijuana.
According to BBC news, the confession made by Jaycee, son of a known personality, gives a message that no-one is immune from China’s fight against illegal drugs.
