She wrote on the caption “Would have been my dad’s 67th birthday today. Been stopping myself from crying all day. Keeping myself busy. Finally gave in. Had this huge lump in my throat. Thinking he wouldn’t meet my baby. Regret is such a painful thing. But at the same time its teaching me to build better relationships. Anyways, Love you Pop.”
